Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post your refund.
